The Heart Behind the Mission

RocJane isn’t just a speaker, author, and coach—she’s a seasoned advocate, change-maker, and lifelong warrior for empowerment. With a Master’s in Correctional Administration and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice (both with minors in psychology and juvenile issues), her expertise is rooted in real-world impact.

For over a decade, RocJane worked on the front lines with at-risk youth, families, and systems in crisis. She spent six years developing and running a Community-Based Treatment Program that helped struggling youth complete school, gain life skills, and transition into healthier, more independent futures. Prior to that, she worked at a runaway shelter, helping teens safely reunite with their families—or build new paths when home wasn’t an option.

RocJane also served three years with the Oregon Foster Parent Association, playing a key role in advocating for—and helping pass—the Foster Parent’s Bill of Rights. As part of a groundbreaking team, she contributed to opening Oregon’s first juvenile correctional facility for girls, filling a long-overdue gap in rehabilitative care for young women.

With experience as a mental health worker for developmentally delayed youth and a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, RocJane has worked with hundreds of dysfunctional families, always bringing clarity, compassion, and real solutions.

Today, she channels all that experience into her writing (with over 100 books published), her seminars, and her 1:1 coaching—empowering people to break cycles, challenge beliefs, and rise into the strongest version of themselves.

RocJane doesn’t just talk empowerment—she’s lived it, built it, and now she shares it with the world
